Privacy policy

• Account details you give us: name, email, mobile number, and a hashed password.
• If you sign in with Google, we receive the name and email Google shares with us.
• Order details: the name, phone, email, and delivery address on the order, the items you bought, GST, shipping, any discount code, and the payment method.
• A reason, if you ask us to cancel an order.
• Messages you send to hi@urbansansaar.com or by phone.

PayU processes card, UPI, and net-banking payments. We keep PayU’s payment reference for the order. The cart on this device is stored in your browser until you clear it.

• To take your order, pack it, ship it, and send order emails.
• To create GST invoices and keep records we need for tax.
• To sign you in, apply discount codes, and handle cancellations or refunds.
• To answer support questions and reduce fraud or unpaid orders.
• To understand which pages and products are viewed, including for ads.

A sign-in cookie keeps you logged in. The shop also uses a Meta pixel, which records page views and product views so ads can relate to what you looked at. Google receives information when you choose Google sign-in.

We share what a partner needs to do their part of the order:

• PayU, to take payment and send online refunds.
• The courier that delivers the parcel, including your name, phone, and address.
• Our email provider, to send order and cancellation messages.
• Meta, for the pixel described above, and Google, if you use Google sign-in.
• Hosting and database providers that store the shop.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it. We sell goods ourselves. We do not sell your personal information.

Account details stay while the account is open. Order, invoice, and payment records stay for as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete an account. We will remove what we can and keep the records the law still requires.

You can refuse optional cookies in your browser. The shop still needs a session cookie to keep you signed in.

This shop is for adults placing their own orders. We do not aim the site at children.
